How a Business Account Works
Business accounts are approved on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, you can order as normal, with agreed billing terms in place and VAT invoices provided.
Billing & Invoicing
VAT invoices are issued with every order. Payment terms are agreed in advance and confirmed once the account is set up, providing transparency and consistency for business billing.
Delivery & Support
Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days nationwide. Support is available by phone or email if you need help selecting the correct products.
